Before submitting content to itsall3, please make sure that you agree with the following:

Rules of submitting:

1. Morality: Please do not submit content which you think could be (too) offensive to others. Anything considered; racist, sexist, antireligious, illegal, should definitely not be submitted.
2. Copyright: You must have copyright to what you submit, or have permission from the copyright holder.
3. Submitting content indemnifies itsall3 against all legal fees, damages, expenses and legal responsibilities.
3. Off-Topic: Only submit items which are on-topic with the page you are submitting to.
4. Terms & Conditions. Please make sure you fully agree with the Terms and Conditions before submitting content.

Anything submitted/uploaded to itsall3 will be available instantly on the site. By submitting content you agree to grant itsall3 a continuous, royalty-free, non-exclusive, right to the submitted content, meaning the content can be moved/removed/edited/ at any time, for any reason without notification. Submitted content can also be edited and/or changed to suit itsall3.

itsall3 takes no responsibility for the content stored on the server. All content is submitted under the agreement that it is legal and concurrent with the rules of submitting. The submitter has full responsibility for the content uploaded. For the avoidance of doubt, itsall3 is not obliged to monitor, and will have no liability for the content.

Your Privacy:

Itsall3 does not monitor your activity, and does not store any information about you other then the information you willingly submit, or automatically by your browser. Information submitted will not be passed on to 3rd party sites, but please note; when submitting content/messages, your IP address could be recorded. This will not be viewable to general users, but it will be handed over to the authorities under request, or if any content is submitted which we believe to be of a nature that must be reported.

itsall3 is not responsible for the content of external sites. Links/bookmarks are submitted under the rules of submitting, and agreement of the terms and conditions. No part of the submitted site, other then the address is stored on itsall3. Links to 3rd party sites can be moved/removed/edited/ at any time, for any reason without notification. itsall3 does not endorse any of the sites submitted.

Content on itsall3 is usable / viewable by the permission of the submitter under the submitting rules and agreement of the terms and conditions. Content will not be removed unless you believe that it is in violation one of one these rules by either;
a) Breaching your copyright or
b) Causing Offence.

Causing Offence:

To report an offensive item, please post a message HERE. This will give immediate notification to moderators about your complaint.

Content Note:

Please note, that items you believe to be offence my not be removed unless we receive multiple complaints. All complaints reported will be checked but there is no guarantee that any content will be removed. If you find lots of content offensive on itsall3, it would be advisable to no longer use the site.
